Order Modifications
After placing your online order, please review the order carefully. If you find any errors, please contact us immediately by phone at 954.927.6031. If you do not contact us right away, we may not be able to make changes to your order. Due to our automated system, orders are submitted to our fulfillment department as soon as they are submitted online.

Upon submission of an order, the total dollar amount of the order is pre-authorized. Pre-authorizations show up immediately and this does not indicate that a charge has been made. If for any reason an order is not authorized, the order will not be processed or billed, nor will an order confirmation be issued. In this instance, the customer WILL NOT be charged. However, the amount will still appear as a pre-authorization for approximately 2-3 business days. All billings are processed when orders ship.

Order Not Processing
Possible reasons that the order process fails:

If your order did not process you may still see authorizations on your credit or debit card. Please don't panic. No money has been collected from your account. They are merely pending authorizations and will drop off your account in 2-3 business days. MarBlue reserves the right to correct price errors before fulfilling any orders.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipments

MarBlue offers two shipping options to U.S. customers: U.S. Priority Mail or UPS. The charge for Priority Mail is a flat rate of $5.00 on all online orders weighing less than 5 pounds. In the case of shipments weighing less than 13 ounces, less expensive U.S. Mail options will be available. Charges for UPS shipments vary by service level (Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next Day), weight, and distance. Approximate rates are listed in the table above. Your actual rate will be calculated before you check out and may be lower.

Website orders greater than $29.99 (before tax and shipping) qualify for FREE U.S. Priority Mail shipping. This applies to delivery addresses within the United States only. Free shipping is not available on discounted or reseller orders, or on orders greater than 5 pounds in weight.
International Shipments (Includes Canada)
Orders outside the United States are shipped via Priority Mail International, unless otherwise requested.

MarBlue is required by law to declare the full value (purchase price) of the product on any waybills or customs documentation. We cannot declare a lower value on your package than the purchase price. Thank you for your understanding.

Free shipping does not apply to orders delivered to addresses outside the United States.

Special Note's Relating to International Orders:

UPS International service cost depends on weight and the destination country and city. There are cities in each country to which an extended area surcharge is applied because of their remote location within that country. UPS International takes 2-7 business days, depending on the country and city of destination. Our shopping cart will show the actual shipping cost to your destination before you check out.

Shipping and Order Processing Days and Times

Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday. Please see Shipping and Order Processing Holidays listed below for exceptions.
No orders are processed or delivered on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays or company closures. If you place a "Next Day Air" order on a Friday before 3PM, EST, your order will be delivered on MONDAY, as Saturday and Sunday are not counted as shipping days. If you place a "Next Day Air" order on Friday after 3PM EST, your order will be processed and shipped out on MONDAY for delivery on TUESDAY. The same applies for 2 Day Air, 3-day and 5-day ground, please do not count weekends in your delivery time. The 2,3, and 5 days are business days, not counting Saturday, Sunday or national holidays or company closure days. These shipping methods are not available to all locations and addresses and we cannot be responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen or misdirected shipments by the carrier.

MarBlue Return Policy

Your satisfaction. Guaranteed.

You may return any item purchased from this web site for any reason, within thirty (30) days of receipt of the item. We'll happily exchange your product or issue you a refund for the full price of the item, whichever you prefer. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and are not included in this offer.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us at support@GoMarBlue.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number, or submit a support request. We do not accept returns without an RA number. Any packages returned without an RA# are subject to being returned to sender.

MarBlue will, at its discretion, replace the unit and ship it to you postage paid. All returns will be credited, less shipping fees, only after the item has been received and inspected by MarBlue.

Exchanges are processed when the original order item is received by MarBlue. The customer may opt to have the exchange order shipped immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the exchanged item. A credit will be issued back to the card, less shipping and handling charges, once the original item has been received by MarBlue.

For credit to be applied, the returned or exchanged product must be returned within 30 days of the replacement shipment.

MarBlue's return policy applies only to items purchased through GoMarBlue.com. Any item purchased from a 3rd party website, retailer, and items received as gifts do not fall under this policy. Items purchased from a 3rd party and items received as gifts cannot be exchanged for a different item, upgraded, or in any way refunded or credited by MarBlue. Please contact the original seller in these instances. After 30 days MarBlue cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.

MarBlue is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We do not accept any postage due shipments. For your protection, we recommend you insure all returns and strongly recommend a shipping method that offers package tracking.
The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in the same condition as when delivered to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. The returned merchandise must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping. The package MUST have our Return Authorization (RA) number on the return label.
If you did NOT purchase your MarBlue product from this website and you wish to return it, you must return it to the vendor you originally purchased it from.
