By ordering products through this web site or by accepting delivery of products ordered, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. MarBlue reserves the right to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
You may return any item purchased on our web site for any reason, within the first thirty (30) days after delivery. We'll gladly exchange your product or give you a refund for the full price of the item— whichever you prefer. No questions asked. No re-stocking fees. Your only cost for returning an item is the cost of shipping it back to us. Note-Any clearance or sale items are not included in this guarantee and are sold ‘as-is. MarBlue will not accept returns for clearance, sale, or otherwise heavily discounted items 60% off and greater for any reason.
The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in the same condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. The returned merchandise must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping. The package MUST have our Return Authorization (RA) number on the return label. Items received without an RA number will be refused.

MarBlue's return policy applies only to items purchased through www.gomarblue.com. Any item purchased through a 3rd party website, retailer, and items received as gifts do not fall under this policy. Items purchased from a 3rd party and items received as gifts cannot be exchanged for a different item, upgraded, or in any way refunded or credited by MarBlue. After 30 days MarBlue cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.

All prices do not include charges for shipping and handling, taxes, or other similar charges or fees, for which the Customer shall be responsible and which shall be separately charged on any invoice. The Customer shall be responsible for all sales, use, and other taxes associated with an order; currently, MarBlue is required to charge and withhold sales tax for delivery within the State of Florida.
Payment Payment shall be made by credit card, and must be received by MarBlue prior to the acceptance or shipment of Customer's order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept COD orders.
MarBlue validates your credit card by checking your personal billing information, and thus we require you to enter the billing information as it appears on your credit card statement before we authorize your purchase. We charge your credit card when we ship the item. If we have to ship items in your order separately, more than one charge may show up on your card. When you place your order, we pre-authorize your credit card to make sure the funds are available. Please note: if you use a debit card, the pre-authorization may look like a debit on your account. We won't actually debit your account until we ship your order. If we have to cancel your order, the amount of time it takes to credit your account depends on the issuer of your card.
If your MarBlue product ceases to function correctly, MarBlue is pleased to provide a ninety (90) day warranty on any product containing electronic components. Additionally we cover our cases and other products not containing electronic components with a limited One Year Warranty. Our warranty does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse of the product. MarBlue will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of this product. Within the following guidelines, we will replace your MarBlue product if it no longer functions. Please review this Warranty section for more details about your particular warranty.
Except for those warranties provided with a product, the products purchased by customer are sold "as is", and MarBlue disclaims, to the fullest extent possible under applicable law, any and all representations and warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to the products purchased by customer, including, but not limited to, implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
Customer's sole remedy for any breach of these terms and conditions by MarBlue shall be a refund of the purchase price paid. MarBlue's total, aggregate liability shall not in any event exceed the total amount paid by customer for any products purchased hereunder. In no event shall MarBlue be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to costs of replacing personal property or recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in any device used with or carried in the MarBlue product, lost profits or loss of business, or for any claim by any third party, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or claims.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the order, purchase, delivery or return of merchandise from this web site shall be settled by final and binding arbitration held in Hollywood, Florida in accordance with the Rules for Commercial Arbitration (the "Rules") of the American Arbitration Association (the "AAA"). The arbitrator shall determine the merits of the matters in dispute in accordance with the law of the State of Florida and shall not have the power to alter, modify, amend, add to or subtract from any term or provision of these terms and conditions, nor to award damages or other remedies expressly prohibited by these terms and conditions, nor to grant injunctive relief, including interim relief, of any nature.

These terms and conditions and any orders or purchases from this web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflicts of laws or rules regardless of the location of the end customer.
Limited One Year Warranty
MarBlue warrants to the original end customer that the electronic Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase ("electronic Warranty Period") when the Product is purchased through an authorized reseller.
MarBlue warrants to the original end customer that the non-electronic Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 365 calendar days or one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("non-electronic Warranty Period") when the Product is purchased through an authorized reseller.
Any claim made alleging that a product fails to conform to the foregoing warranty may be made only by the end customer who purchased such product and only while such customer owns the product. However, these Warranties do not cover the product (or any replacement product) or any part thereof if the damages resulted from abuse, misuse, accident, improper care, neglect, disaster, alteration, or normal wear and tear. These Warranties are limited to the product only and will not cover anything that comes into contact or is associated with the product. This Warranty only covers products made by MarBlue and sold by MarBlue or an authorized reseller. It does not cover any third- party product(s) (including screen protectors) sold by other companies. MarBlue does not warrant and is not responsible for any smartphone, tablet, or other device made by anyone other than MarBlue. For purposes of this limited warranty, "refurbished" is defined as a product or part that has been substantially returned to its original specifications.
If any defect arises and a valid claim is received by MarBlue within the Warranty Period, MarBlue at its sole discretion will either, (1) repair the Product, or (2) exchange the Product with an identical product, provided such product is available. MarBlue warrants repaired Products and replacement products provided hereunder against defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of the repair or replacement, for ninety (90) days or, if longer, for the remainder of the Warranty Period. Replacements do not extend the length of warranty. If there is any problem with a warranty replacement, it is the customer's responsibility to return the replacement to MarBlue in order to receive an additional replacement.
All shipping charges (as well as risk of damages and/or loss in-transit) when sending the product to MarBlue, are assumed by the sender.
If the Product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the Product becomes MarBlue's property. When a refund is given, the Product becomes MarBlue's property.
MarBlue shall have a reasonable time to: (1) determine if a product is defective; and (2) remedy the original owner's claim(s). In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies.
Any product that is sold as a clearance item is sold "as-is" and is not covered under the MarBlue product warranty or return policy. MarBlue reserves the right to discontinue or cancel products at any time with or without notice. One Year Warranty will cease to be in effect for any product that has been discontinued and if the product is no longer available.
Who Is Protected by This Warranty
The MarBlue warranty protects the original owner provided the MarBlue product was purchased from MarBlue or through an authorized dealer.
A copy of the original detailed bill of sale and the item must be presented whenever warranty service is requested. Failure to present either may result in your warranty claim being rejected aor your warranty voided.
What Is Covered by This Warranty
Except as specified below, the MarBlue warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship
What Is Not Covered by This Warranty
The following are NOT covered under MarBlue's Electronic Warranty or Non-electronic Warranty: Damage caused by accident, drops, misuse, abuse, product modification, or neglect; damage from failure to follow instructions contained in the usage guide or other instructional materials/videos; damage resulting from the performance of repairs by someone not authorized by MarBlue; damage caused by installation of parts that do not conform to MarBlue specifications; any claims based on misrepresentations by the seller; products sold on an "as-is" or final sale basis; or the cost of installing, removing, or re-installing a part. The warranty program does not cover any product that is lost, stolen, dropped, crushed, sat on, chewed by a pet or any other damage that is caused by the consumer. MarBlue has sole discretion to determine manufacturer's defects.
If Purchased Outside of the United States
MarBlue's warranty covers products worldwide. If the product was purchased outside of the United States, please contact MarBlue for details on how to obtain warranty service either by submitting a case through www.gomarblue.com, by phone (1.954.927.6031), or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
International warranty replacements may be subject to charges of $12.99 USD to help cover international mailing cost.
If Purchased in the United States
MarBlue will pay reasonable return charges for delivery to any location in the United States if the replacement is covered under this warranty.

Please direct all warranty inquiries to MarBlue Customer Support.
If you purchased the item(s) from a retailer, please forward the following information to Customer Support so we can process your replacement warranty request:
- A detailed/itemized copy of your receipt with the purchase date, product, and purchaser name clearly visible
- Mailing address where you would like a replacement delivered

- Color of your case
- A picture of the issue
- A brief explanation of the issue

In some cases, MarBlue may require that warranty claims of defect or damage be returned for inspection or testing. In these instances, MarBlue will issue an RMA number for the return, along with a prepaid USPS mailing label (if applicable). In certain situations, MarBlue does not pay return or outbound shipping for replacements and exchanges.
Please do not return products without authorization. This significantly delays any warranty service and unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to you unopened.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Promo or discount codes are not applicable for any items being sold on clearance or "as is".
