• Question: How long does my order usually take to process?
Answer: Usually within 24 hours. Any order placed before 1 PM usually ships the same business day.
• Question: How do I know my Sales Order number?
Answer: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Be sure to check your SPAM folder as well as your Inbox.

• Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: You can return a product within 30 days from the date you receive it. It has to be in the original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
• Question: How does the $3 shipping work?
Answer: This is a postal rate for up to 3 lbs within the continental US.
• Question: Can I get a warranty replacement for an entirely different product?
Answer: We can replace a Marware product under warranty with any other Marware product of equal or lesser value.
• Question: How can I get a replacement for my damaged product that is still under warranty?
Answer: Send the following items to Marware:
• The damaged product
• Include all components
• A copy of your receipt
• The address you would like the replacement shipped to

• Question: Why was I charged more than once on my card? I only want one order.
Answer: What you see on your credit card account is a "pending hold". Each time you enter the order the bank places a pending hold on the amount, which will go away within 24 to 48 hours.
• Question: Why hasn't my order processed?
Answer: Be sure to enter your billing address exactly the way it appears on your statement. If the system cannot verify your billing information, it will not process the order. If this is not the problem, call Customer Service at 954-927-6031 to place your order.
• Question: Why can't I place an order shipping to an APO/FPO address?
Answer: This is a known issue that is being investigated. In the meantime please download and complete our order form and email the completed form to: support@marware.com. Once received we will process your order. You can also reach Customer Service at 954 927-6031 Monday - Friday, 9AM till 5PM, EST.
• Question: I'm not able to track my order online. When I log onto the Marware site it doesn't show my order, yet I received an order confirmation e-mail.
Answer: You received an order confirmation because you entered your e-mail address in the order when you placed it. In order to be able to track your order, you have to register before placing the order.
• Question: How do I clean the hand rest and micro-fiber keyboard cover?
Answer: Although staining over time is normal wear and tear, we have found that using a clean art eraser and rubbing the surface of the hand rest will eliminate most stains. Care must be given to avoid getting any debris into the keyboard.
The micro fiber cloth from the protection pack can be thrown into the regular wash, but let it air dry, do not place in the dryer.
